Ms. Herao is experienced in preparing a variety of transactional agreements, including asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, operating agreements, confidentiality agreements, noncompete agreements and master services agreements in relation to intellectual property transactions.
Ms. Herao attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Financial Applications. Ms. Herao went on to attend Emory University School of Law.
Ms. Herao previously practiced as an assistant general counsel in Fort Worth, TX for an international corporation, as well as a senior associate attorney for boutique law firms in Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA.
